Dr. Lauren Rinard is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist dedicated to providing gentle, high-quality care to children - especially those who are young, anxious, or have special healthcare needs, including autism.

​After graduating from her pediatric dental residency in 2020, Dr. Rinard moved back to her home town of South Bend, IN to start her career as a pediatric dentist.​ She recognized the immense need for sedation dentistry options for children in Northern Indiana and in 2025 opened Golden Pediatric Dentistry to help meet the needs of these children and their families. ​

 

She is excited to expand her care through Golden Pediatric Dentistry, offering hospital-based services designed to support patients who need a calmer, more comprehensive approach to dental care in a timely manner.​

 

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Rinard enjoys staying active and being outdoors, reading, painting, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her golden retriever pups, Gus and Enzo.

Gus and Enzo are behind the name, Golden Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Lauren quickly became known for having Gus and Enzo hanging out in her office behind the scenes. Patients and parents alike enjoy the presence of the emotional support dogs, and often ask to see and pet them after their appointments.
